Every three years the European Pépinières organisation launches a residency program for artists under 36 years old. The application is set up as an international competition. Laureates are offered a grant for a working period at residential art centers and art institutes throughout Europe and Québec in Canada.

Trans Artists is the coordinator for the Pépinières in the Netherlands, where Stichting KiK (Kolderveen), MU (Eindhoven) and Binger Filmlab in collaboration with Nederlands Fonds voor de Letteren (Amsterdam), - are participating in the Map program 2008-9.
